  1. Read the RFP cover to cover
  2. Fully understand the rules of the RFP process
  3. Work with you to set out a workplan and responsibilities to create and deliver the RFP response
  4. Respond to the RFP issuer and schedule time as necessary to meet with them with your sales team
  5. Research the prospect who issued the RFP, and the solutions they are seeking
  6. Understand you, your brand, and your capabilities
  7. Pitch and mutually agree to a "story-line" for the RFP response
  8. Collect existing collateral that will contribute to the RFP response
  9. Craft the story with you
  10. Assign questions that require responses (to your team and Market GoGo)
  11. Draft answers and diagrams
  12. Compose the answers in a consistent tone
  13. Create artefacts like images and diagrams
  14. Organize the response document
  15. Ensure proof-reading by your team and Market GoGo
  16. Maintain contact with the RFP Issuer throughout the RFP Response creation process - asking questions of the RFP Issuer to ensure that your RFP Response will reflect the spirit and intent of their questions.
  17. Sign-off the final RFP Response
  18. Create cover letters, etc. and have you sign them
  19. Print or otherwise deliver the RFP response, and ensure delivery is accepted.
